How To Make Easy Money Quick?

You know, I see this question popping up all over the place. We all want the magic silver bullet for making money at the drop of a hat with “no” work.
Are there ways to make money quick? Yes, of course…
…but will it be easy? Well, first you have to define easy.
Let’s look at the bare-bone essentials of 4 activities that make money quick, and you tell me if you’d consider this easy.
1. Information Marketing: (the process of selling eBooks, books, seminars, newsletters, & other information). Why information products?
a. High margin of profit
b. No inventory
c. Can tailor to any market
d. Can be downloadable
e. Easy to get affiliates to promote because there are high commission per sale
What you have to do to make money quick:
a. Create a product that is a solution to a problem that people are actively searching for an answer to. You can also buy the resale rights or license a product. You can get this done in 1 day if you know how to.
b. Create a web page to put up the sales letter, ordering information, terms, and thank you pages.
c. Drive traffic to the site. Some quick traffic driving methods are JVs, Affiliates, Pay Per Click marketing, Press Releases, Ads on other sites, and eMail marketing. Either of those would work. You could get ranked in the search engines for some keyword terms in about 24 hours.
2. Cutting grass: Why cutting grass?
a. High profit margin – It’s a service, so you are exchanging time for money.
b. Only need a lawn mower
c. No inventory
What you have to do to make money quick:
a. Get a lawn mower.
b. Get clients! (You could walk around new sub divisions with the lawn mower offering to cut their grass on the spot… a one-time offer price of $15? …depending on the size of the lawn.) You could deliver fliers to everyone in the neighborhood, offering a weekend special.
c. Cut the grass. Speed and quality is of utmost importance.
3. Affiliate Marketing: Why Affiliate Marketing?
a. High profit margins
b. Don’t have to create a product
c. Can get started right now
d. No customer service
What you have to do to make money quick:
a. Just drive traffic to the affiliate site through your unique affiliate link. (Some ways of driving quick traffic are Pay Per Click Marketing, eMail Marketing, Ads on other people’s sites, or Helping a list owner successfully email market to their own list.)
(You have to write or design the ads if the affiliate program doesn’t give you any ads or pre-made banners.)
4. Wholesaling Houses (Real Estate): Why Wholesaling Houses?
a. No risk to you
b. Very little money needed
c. Big pay days
d. No inventory
e. Can walk away at any time
What you have to do to make money quick:
a. Find a house that the owner is motivated to sell now, for whatever reason.
b. Get the house under an agreement.
c. Find a buyer for the house before the contract expires, usually 30 days, which is extremely easy to do if you negotiated the right price. Worst case scenario: you don’t sell the house and the grim reaper comes to break 1 arm, 1 leg and 1 toe…LOL…Just kidding! You just lose your earnest money deposit, which is usually $10. As Ron Legrand says, “Don’t write big check, don’t lose big check”.
d. Set up a simultaneous close, and collect the difference in what you got it into contract for and what you sold it for. You don’t bring any money to close this deal; the money is being brought by the person buying it from you.
So, that’s how to make easy money quick.
If you look at the alternative, you can “work for the man” 9-5 for 27 years and get fired or laid off and left with no pension or retirement money.
Is it easy? I’ll let you decide…
…But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love working for me. I think I am a pretty cool boss. I nominate myself boss of the year, every year, and somehow, I seem to win. I’ve never lost. LOL…

There are a ton of businesses that you can start online. It doesn’t matter where you are.
Of course I am partial to the information business, because there is a lot of upside and very little downside.
I mean a domain cost 7 bucks, hosting 5 bucks, and then you only need basic design that you can get for free. So, your total investment is what like 12 bucks and some time. It’s hard to beat that.
