Want to work from home?

Great…But you are just about to begin a journey that will either make your life great and prosperous, or will eat up your time, money and resources.

Here’s 7 Tips That Will Help You Make Working From Home Fun & Prosperous

1. Start with Your Reason Why: Make sure that you put in writing the reason “why” you want to work from home. This is key to daily motivation.

2. Create a Vision: Your business should have a vision as to EXACTLY what you want it to look like. This will be critical to later success, and in helping you determine what are the most important activities you should be working on every day.

3. Find Your Opportunity: Find ONE opportunity that fits your lifestyle, and that you like and plays to your strengths. Then, stick with that one opportunity until it reaches your lifestyle and money goals. Do not chase opportunity after opportunity.

4. Traffic is the Limiting Factor: I don’t care what your business is. If you don’t have traffic, you don’t have a business. There are one hundred and one ways to generate traffic. You need to learn 2 or 3 and master those.

5. Perfection is Overrated: People strive to perfect their business. That is so overrated AND can never be done from a traditional stand point. You will only be pulling your hair out to find out that no matter what you do, it will never be perfect. There will always be something that is the matter with your business. You have to create a different viewpoint of what perfect is. Perfect is a business that brings you the life that you desire. You will never please 100% of people. Offer a solid product, an okay design, and automate as much as you can.

6. Your Market: The market you choose is critical. You have to choose a market that spends money, is looking to solve a problem, and that you understand. Those are the most critical elements.

7. Productivity: You have to learn to be as productive as possible working from home. You should schedule a “work” time. You should not allow distractions or interruptions during this time, and you should stay focused on the task at hand.

BONUS #8: Get Started! Working from home is both fun and rewarding in so many different ways. So, have fun and reward yourself today…BUT nothing that you just read will put itself to work. You have to do it!

ideally, that’s how online money making should go! i guess i have to dig more your site for more ideas in this field.. i am actually looking for any other sites where i can earn online and want to join some “real”online jobs like being a virtual assistant but it seems so hard to look for online clients.. :(

Actually if that’s what you really want to do. Then you can. Everyone with an online business is a potential client. Start contacting every business you
can and offer your services. Go to elance and set up an account. There are thousands of people looking for assistants there.

Then make up a little about you page @ yourname.com. (Get a domain name this has your name in it.)

Then write a “soft sales letter” offering your services. Do NOT sale your self short. You have to sell them on what you can do and on your customer service. You could even add a video so that they can see you.

Do some research on the top problems that business owners have and make sure you address those in your message to them. Then have a easy way for them to contact you on and offline.

    Always always ask for referrals.

    Hope this helps.

Great tips for working from home, especially the bit about having a vision and productivity. I find if there are too many distractions at home I just need to get away for an hour to get through deadlines. Luckily with GoEverywhere I can access my webtop from anywhere – as long as there is an internet connection and a computer!

I guess once we get over the fear factor, we can open up and let our more motivated creative side take over and gain financial freedom.

That distraction thing is a killer. I think 60% or more people would find success online if they wouldn’t allow for interruptions or distractions. If they could just stay focused long enough. But a get away does help. LOL

Many times we are afraid of things that either won’t happen or are really not that big of a deal.

    Great tips, guys.

I have been threatening to start making some money online in the last couple of years, but finally got around to doing it. In fact, some of the tips you shared here have absolutely helped and I’m still finding my footing :)

Lovely resources and wish the two of you the very best.

I am glad that we have helped. If we can be of any assistance let us know. Hope to see you around some more.

Just remember this…no matter what you do, in order for it to really take off, you will need good consistent traffic. This is usually the limiting factor.
